The exhaustion from the lack of sleep and the emotional toll of the trip must be incredibly tough. Listening to music and journaling are great self-care activities, and I'm glad to hear that you're reaching out to your twin sister for support.
I can understand how discussing your feelings openly with your parents can be difficult, and it's perfectly okay if they aren't your primary source of support. Many people find support in different places, and I encourage you to continue messaging others in your support network who have been supportive.
