Hey @AcidMonster55 ,

I can hear that you're going through a tough time having so many thoughts and worries. I'm sorry to hear about your nonno being unwell in hospital. It's never easy seeing a loved one unwell, particularly when you are unsure whether they will get better or not.  Please know that these thoughts and feelings are totally normal and that you aren't alone. There are many young people who are currently having a hard time committing to their goals, concentrating, and have anxiety around starting school or uni.

It sounds like you have such an intense drive and commitment, and it may help to find ways to express that to your family or a mental health professional too. We're always here to help you talk it through if you need it! I recommend reading this article here about feeling burnout and this article here about managing anxiety and stress. I'd also like to know what self-care activities you might be interested in doing to help calm your thoughts?

I look forward to hearing from you soon.
