Thank you so much for sharing your experience and teaching me about HPPD. It is a very new concept to me so it was so informational to read about it from your POV. Because I don't know much about HPPD, I just want to check on you to see how you are doing. And it sounds like you have developed a system to cope with it which is incredible on your part. And I am very happy that you got a support system as well.
