Hey!

Yesterday at uni I found a wall of gratitude, where everyone was writing what they feel grateful for on sticky notes and putting it on the wall. I thought that was such an amazing reminder to acknowledge the things we have in life and be grateful for them. Gratitude is such an important part of my life and I thought that it was a great initiative made by the university to help others incorporate this practice into their everyday lives.
