I think my favourite thing about volunteering is the sense of community that comes with it! It is really nice to be surrounded by like minded people who are very often really kind and compassionate people 😊 I think this sense of community can be hard to find sometimes in the workplace (especially as someone who just started working!) because of workplace stressors, so I find volunteering (especially for ReachOut) really therapeutic!
