Hey,

 

To start it's great that your reaching out when your feeling like this, I understand that it can feel lonely when your feeling this pain.  

 

What ways do you usually help yourself when your feeling like this? 

 

Between work and uni and your partner not being respectful is sounds like you've got alot going on so it's understandable your not feeling your best

 

From experience when I'm stressed I usually make sure to prioritise some self care as if I focus to much on what's going on I feel overwhelmed.
