As someone who is about to go INTO exam season, I'm so glad I've read this. I am absolutely someone who does not have a very good sleep schedule, I never have.
For me, I try to make sure I have things to do during the day otherwise I won't sleep until 2am/3am. But I now have a new job where I'm needing to wake up around 7am most mornings so I know that I cannot survive on so little sleep. I've definitely cut down my caffeine intake, as well.
My biggest thing I need to change is not sleeping in on those days when I don't need to get up, as well as avoiding my phone first thing in the morning, and as the last thing I do at night.
I'm interested to see what everyone else thinks and how they manage a good sleep schedule
