Hey @Sprouting_Flowers !
Amazing post! I honestly think people don't realise how much sleep is related to almost every aspect of physical and mental wellbeing. A little fun(ish) fact about sleep is that having partial seep deprivation (being awake for I think like 17 hours) is equivalent to having a blood alcohol content level 0.05%.
However, even though I'm a psych student and the processes and benefits of sleep have been ingrained in me, I will always be doomed to stay up until 1am reading haha! But in all seriousness, you're tips are really helpful and I'll definitely be inforporating them while I attempt to fix my sleep schedule😊
