Like @Invictus-Ernest , I too am about to go into exam season and my sleep has been suffering lately. Your goals have inspired me to make some of my own to implement in the next few weeks!!
I have a habit of sleeping in to combat feeling tired, however this is probably hindering my sleep quality. I have also been unmotivated with my exercise lately, which does impact my overall mental health.
My goals for the next few weeks whilst in exam period will be:
1. Awake by 7:30am every day, with bed by 10:30pm.
2. Exercise 4x per week
3. Read for 15mins (minimum) each night before bed.
I use the sleep schedule on my iphone, a notification comes up 45mins before my set bed-time to remind me to start winding down 💤 I have found this really helpful as I often study at night and lose track of time. I highly recommend giving this a go!
