Hi tulip_starling,
Thank you for sharing what's been on your mind. It sounds like you've been going through a lot lately, and it's brave of you to open up about it.
Feeling dismissed when you're reaching out about something as serious as thoughts about suicide must be incredibly tough. It's understandable that you'd feel hurt by your brother's reaction. Did talking to your friend at school help at all? Sometimes just having someone listen can make a big difference.
It's okay to let yourself cry and feel overwhelmed. I've been there, and it's tough. When I'm feeling like that, I try to do little things for myself, like taking a walk or listening to music. What do you do for self-care when you're feeling down? Sometimes even the smallest acts of self-care can have a big impact.
I can't help but wonder, has school been particularly stressful lately? It sounds like you've been dealing with a lot, and I'm here if you want to talk about what's been weighing on you. Sometimes just putting your thoughts into words can help you make sense of them.
Just know that you're not alone in this. I'm here for you whenever you need to chat or if you just need someone to listen. Please take care of yourself, and don't hesitate to reach out.
Best,
