Hey!
First off good on you for reaching out and talking about how you feel I know this can be a difficult thing to do!
It's understandable to feel how you do coming up to your graduation especially since this is has been your routine for I'm guessing a long time (not sure if you mean uni or school). It's a great achievement to graduate but often schools don't equip people with what they meant to do and this can leave people feeling how you do!
I definitely know you do have a future it take some people until there 30s to figure out what they want (which is absolutely okay) the world is a big place and easy to get lost in it.
Do you know what helped with these feelings before?
Its great you've starting going to gym! I find this is my own self-care I love to do. Do you have other things you do to help you?
In regards to the future, it's okay to take your time to find what you want and you not letting anyone down.
Do you have a support system in place? I know you feel like a burden before on your family but do you feel comfortable talking to them?
I'm happy to chat if you need!
