Hey,
Can I just say Centrelink is the most frustrating people to deal with so your not alone in now feeling confused and it all making you anxious, I have dealt with them alot the last 8 years and they aren't helpful in explaining often.
I find the best people that can explain anything is Centrelink social workers, job providers and finding information online and through Centrelink FB groups.
I see you said you don't want to see the job provider that they have put you with due to uncertain of if they are inclusive of trans. This is understandable, I can't say for certain but I'm pretty sure most job providers have to be inclusive these days (I know this doesn't mean the person you see will be I know).
If you have been linked with a job provider I would see if you can do a zoom meeting and explain its not accessible due to lack of PT. I do also know that if you are unwell you can go to a GP and get an exemption for needing to go to a job provider for a couple of weeks.
Sadly Centrelink have all of these requirements to get people of Centrelink and force them to work.
I'm sorry you had this bad experience with them today and didn't feel listened to.
If you have feel you can get by without the payment (even though you deserve to beon it) I would keep applying for jobs and hopefully you will get one soon and not need job seeker payments.
Hopefully some other people can reply with more information also
