Sorry to hear it has been tough to get out of bed for you ( the sheets are in fact getting more comfy due to the weather 😂)
But personally what I tend to get me out of bed most effectively would definitely be plans and commitments. So if I have an outing with someone or a task I planned to get done or started on (like my Uni work or hobbies) I’m very much pumped to pull myself out of bed and get started.
So for me, is definitely to put something up for me to do that I enjoy or must do.
For instance, I will get out of bed if I set out to visit a place to get started on an assignment, or I see a new food spot I want to try, then I’ll put that up for me to get nailed in
In any case, that’s my take on what I do to get up in the morning, hopefully we see what else people have to say on their end as well.
