I can really relate to how comfortable you find your bed, especially in this weather. 

I'll echo @Lapis_Anteater 's sentiment of making getting out of bed appealing, by suggesting that you could try to make some other space outside of your bed more appealing. You might find it helpful to have even warmer blankets (perhaps an electric one) elsewhere in your home, that you would need to get out of your bed to access. It's about incentivising yourself to get out of bed, by knowing that your better options for warmth and comfort are outside of your bed.
