I can see that you are feeling quite nervous about seeing a counsellor tomorrow. It is completely normal to be feeling anxious, opening up to new people can be scary. It is up to you what you share with your counsellor, but if I were in your situation would speak about both - explain that you've been speaking with Kids Helpline, and maybe give some insight into what you were talking to them about, if you feel comfortable doing so 🫶🏻
Please do not worry about 'wasting their time' or saying the wrong thing.
