I can understand that you are feeling scared😬 about meeting a counsellor face-to-face. Now that you have decided to go, what do you think is the best thing you can do for yourself?

I know it can be tough to open up, but what do you have to lose? At times I think about others too, what if I waste their time?

From my experience, I learned that there are people who are here for us, who will support us and the best thing we could do is to let them help us.
