Wow, I love these amazing self care practices you are implementing into your life, they are just so, so important! You couldn’t be more right, these moments for ourselves are truly invaluable. We should try to implement practices like these daily, no matter how small.
My personal favourite is going outside and surrounding myself in nature, whether it’s going for a walk, soaking up some rays ☀️, swimming at the beach 🌊 or simply grounding. I think as a society we have become very disconnected from our natural world, and reconnecting is something we must prioritise. I was laughing at your comment on the flys, same here, I can’t go on a nice walk without having flies in my face!
I am also a huge fan of exercise and getting those endorphins moving through my body. Some other things I like to do include cooking, reading, and painting.
