Hey @yeah_it_tahtperson
Though I know this is not a very pleasant situation, I just want to let you know that you're not alone:)
Me, myself is also struggling with maintaining my friendship with my current friends due to the similar reasons too. I just discovered a new hobby (rock climbing) very recently, and I'm planning on making new friends in the climbing gym to expand my social circle (I'm not a very social person myself but I'll try), and I'm wondering if you have considered this option for ice skating as well?
As for your issue with your LinkedIn account, it's definitely not your fault and I can see that you are handling this situation quite well, by reaching out to Headspace for guidance and us for support:) For what it worth, I used to almost lose my Microsoft account because I took too many attempts to login as well, and that was because my I refused to open my note and review the password I wrote down (in my case, it was my fault though). It took me months to recover my account, but yes, it did get better, despite the amount of troubles it brought. So I must say that I could feel your frustration a lot, and it's not your fault these things happened.
Trust me, it will get better, no matter how long it will take, you will be okay again. The community will still be here whenever you need us more:)
