I saw some exercise thing (I can't remember for the of me what it was called, maybe something about moving it? Idk) that RO is doing! Pretty sure they did it last year too! Anywayyy.. I was gonna suggest we do it together but seems I have to leave we won't be able too 😭 BUT it could be something fun to start as a new games thread on here so you can all hold yourselves accountable and encourage eachother to participate? Idk. Could be a bit of fun! And you could call it the zero upper body strength club in honour of mumma sloth who has aged into her elderly years and passed on 😂😂😂 Okay I'm tired and gonna shit up now 🤦‍♀️😂

I'll go cycling! I have bad knees but I also drown when trying to swim long distances and don't particularly enjoy water in me lungs so we'll stick to the old bicycle I think!
