I LOVE that girl from Nigeria. Just can't remember her name but she has done a few Ted talks.

Ah! I don't really listen to music as it can be a trigger at times. Boo! But anything upbeat and catchy when I am in the mood.

But anyways next question lo

7.What/when did you last see something that inspired and motivated you to be better?

Recently when I saw the pics of soldiers who are amputees doing photo shoots. That REALLY REALLY motivated me to work out. like what's my excuse, this soldier lost a limb!

When I read stories about people who I can relate to and empathise with. I think that with each of us, our strength and our challenges fuel different or similar passions  and that there's a lot more to us than meets the eye

For me these all have relatable meanings which is why I listen to them.

@FootyFan26 Is that your 'Go-To-Track'? haha

@NutellaBuster Don't really know to be honest. I just really enjoy listening to music that has meaning. I personally dislike the music nowadays where they talk about girls, money and immature stuff.

When asking me these types of questions, it is like asking a brick wall. 😞 But none the less, I shall try and answer. 🙂

I think it may have been yesterday when I found a journal of mine from before I started seeking help.

Someone very close to me with a terminal cancer, told me, and I never forget that: "Why do we need to get sick to learn to appretiate every day of our lives?" That really made me thiking/

@stonepixie haha i'll take that. Even the tiniest things can inspire us to make big changes.

I guess i'm the type that seeks to find things that inspires me everywhere and let it motivate me. honestly I can go all day with this question if everyone is willing to hear me LOL

With regards to the last question, I read something on fb from president obama when he was interviewed by Humans of New York.

He said to "put trust in the work" whatever that may be. We'll have ups and downs in our lives, but our work, our craft, our hustle will be there. Put your trust in the work, keep going at it day by day and everything else out of our control will happen the way it's meant to pan out.

Obama said that he was very discouraged at one point and didn't think politics was what he wanted to stay in anymore!

6. What habits can help keep you motivated throughout school/work/life?

To be honest... I'm not sure.

It's alright @j95. We're all pretty different in how we go about getting motivated, so it allows us to try different things too.
