How does World Mental Health Day help raise awareness of mental health issues? What can we do to raise awareness of mental health issues?
We can share a bit about our experiences, but not just the tough bits, the things we learned, the good stuff that still happens and how it's not just about mental health issues, it's about mental health, which is all the good stuff you can do to keep your brain ticking over healthily and how that in turn sets you up for a really amazing awesome life 🙂

@Ben-RO I like that answer because what's going to be most helpful to people is not only knowing how they're not alone but also how people coped with the issues and the tips and strategies that they used!

I think WMH Day is important as it raises awareness of the problems people face and can provide a chance to educate others and open conversations with others that otherwise wouldn't have been opened.

I think Mental Health Day is very important because it creates awareness and brings up the conversation of mental health. It provides people with the opportunity to discuss mental health and potentially help reduce the stigma that surrounds it.
