Hi! ^-^ My name is Kylie and I'm 15. :3

1. What are you grateful for?
This might sound weird, but I'm grateful for the bands I listen to. They give me a bit of an escape from reality, I guess. ❤️

2. How'd you find us?
My psychologist requested it to me so I decided I may as well check it out. c:

3. What's the last thing you did really well?
I got an A on my short story I had to write for English.

4. Indoors or outdoors?
Both, it all just depends on how I'm feeling really.

5. Number one tip for feeling good?
Oh, I don't actually know.. I'm not good at making myself feel good... But listening to music definitely helps.

Hello RO.com,

I am Xiera Cat Happy

1. What are you grateful for?

I am most grateful for my mother.  She's been such a great support in my life.

2. How'd you find us?

I found RO on an advertisement one night, and I thought I'd give it a go.

3. What's the last thing you did really well?

The last thing I did really well was travelling.  This year alone I've been to 7 different countries, 5 being in Europe and 2 off the east coast of Australia.

4. Indoors or outdoors?

I prefer outdoors, as I feel overwhelmed being inside all the time, however I don't do a lot of activity when I am outside.

5. Number one tip for feeling good?

My personal tip for feeling good would be exercise and friends.  These two factors in my life really play apart in my moral.

Cheers,

Xiera Cat Happy

Hei I'm Kiera. I'm 17 and currently studying my Alevels
1. What are you grateful for?
I'm grateful for my family, the real friends who stood by me at my worst, and places like this from where we can find out that there are people who are going through the same things as us, (if not worse) , and that theres still good in the world, that there's hope
2. How'd you find us?
I found you through a Support group fighting against bullying. Someone had mentioned about this in their comments
3. What's the last thing you did really well?
I organised and held a jumble sale for the orphans in our community orphanage
4. Indoors or outdoors?
Outdoors! Definitely!! I love the feeling of freedom..that the whole world is open at your feet. I love..the sky..the forests..the rivers..the lakes..the fields..the colours..EVERYTHING!!
5. Number one tip for feeling good?
Count your blessings..know that you are not alone
If you are feeling down, then remember, someone out there might be feeling just the same as you.
And they are fighting to be better, to be happy, so try, have faith and work to be better!
Remember that you get one life..so live it!!  Smiley Wink

Hey Rayaan!

Hope you are enjoying the forums 🙂 Don't forget to check out the Games section if you're looking for some entertainment. And next monday for the next GR session, it'll be great.

How long can you keep your room tidy? For me, it's a day or two. I'm really not that organised.

And WOW! That photo is amazing! Did you take it near your place? There aren't very many nice places for me to take photos where I live but (if you live in QLD) you should visit the Brisbane Botanical Gardens I think they're called. It is a beautiful place to take photos. I took over 300 photos there myself.

I hope you'll show us some more of your photos, because the one you attached, it is really good 🙂

I hope to see you around the forums 🙂

Hey Phlip, it's great that you are looking for help, it's not easy so you should be proud of yourself for taking that step. I did just have to move one of your posts as it's against guidelines to talk in detail about self-harm methods. It's great to talk about the feelings behind self harm but it can be triggering for others to talk in detail about how you self harm or the specific injuries you have. While this site is designed for 14-25 year olds - you may find some of our content helpful here: http://au.reachout.com/Tough-Times/Somethings-not-right/Self-harm If you do find that it's targeted too young, perhaps you want to check out these self harm forum for all ages: http://buslist.org/phpBB/ You can also talk to your GP about some mental health support from a counselor or psychologist... Don't forget you can always call Lifeline 13 11 14 or talk to their counselors on webchat if you are feeling like things are becoming overwhelming again.
Cheers, keep reaching out for help - you'll find what's right for you...

Welcome back!
