*cracks knucles* Let's do this!!
- A song you like with a colour in the title
Girl in a Black Leather Jacket - Schwarzenegger
- A song that reminds you of childhood
My parents were super into Boney M for some reason, so any Boney M song does it for me
- A good song for a car trip
Hmmm, this one is kinda tough... the last road trip I went on we played Regina Spektor and Nina Simone on the way there, and Bollywood music on the way back. Long story short I have no idea
- If you were in a band, what instrument would you play and why?
Keyboard or vocals, since they're the only instruments I can actually use
- Have you seen any bands or singers play in concert? Who? or if you havent, who would you like to see the most?
I've seen Pink, Kimbra and The Cat Empire live. I think I'd fall over myself if Erykah Badu, Janelle Monae or Kendrick Lamar came down to Aus. Also Beyonce because duh
- What is your favourite line from a song?
A modern day Joan of a Arc or Mia Farrow
Classy, Sassy, put you in a razzle-dazzy
Her magnetic energy will have you coming home like Lassie
Saying "ooh shock it, break it, baby"
Electro, sofista, funky, lady
We the kind of girls who ain't afraid to get down
Electic ladies go on and scream out loud
- Electric Lady by Janelle Monae
- Oldest song you still listen to?
Is that according to when the song was released or how long we've listened to it? Any one of the Eartha Kitt songs would answer the former, but the latter would have to be 'Ma Baker' by Boney M, since it's the first song on the album which is the oldest album our family owns
- A song that reminds you of a sad event?
Live Your Life - Yuna. Its a happy song, which is why I listened to it while I was grieving for my late grandmother, and now when I hear it I remember her.
- A song that reminds you of a nice event?
***Flawless (feat. Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie) - Beyonce. Not a specific event, just when I'm with my girlfriends when we're going out and getting pumped
- Favourite song to dance to (in your bedroom counts!!)
Old-school R&B and DESTINY'S CHILD YES
- A song somebody you know has suggested to you and you've loved
I got into Mumford and Sons through my friend suggesting 'Little Lion Man' to me

If you were in a band, what instrument would you play and why?
Probably guitar because I used to play and it's all I can see myself learning to do, really
and I do enjoy it anyway
Have you seen any bands or singers play in concert? Who? or if you havent, who would you like to see the most?
YES and it was the best thing ever (even though I only said like two words the entire time). I've had social anxiety pretty much my entire life, which turned severe during all of my teenage years, so I've hardly even done things like going out for dinner. The first concert I've ever been to, I saw The Fratellis in Sydney at the start of this year, they're my most favourite band ever AND I won this thing to get to meet them before the show. I still freak out about it like 8 or 9 months later?
What is your favourite line from a song?
"well the night was spent and my money was young and I had to get home before my neck was wrung"
"well I tumbled up the stairs on the wrong way round, I hit my head on the ceiling and my feet hit the ground"
"cos when you got the halloween blues it's best to complain"
"I'll be good and you'll be a minute, I wish you would or I'll drop ya in it"
this is some of my favourite lines, all from Fratellis songs, you probably already guessed that
Oldest song you still listen to?
I have no idea to be honest
A song that reminds you of a sad event?
I don't think there are any songs that remind me of a particular sad event. Some songs make me feel sad just because it sounds like a sad song/sad lyrics or whatever though
A song that reminds you of a nice event?
A Heady Tale by The Fratellis, reminds me of when I saw them live
Favourite song to dance to (in your bedroom counts!!)
I don't dance (even in private, I really don't)
A song somebody you know has suggested to you and you've loved
Counting Stars by OneRepublic, Love Me Again by John Newman and Take A Walk by Passion Pit I think?
A song that helps you sleep (if any - I know music doesnt put me to sleep, does for some)
Music relaxes me but it doesn't help me sleep
A song you can listen to on remind for hours and not get sick of.
They Go Down by The Fratellis (and every single other song by The Fratellis) ((did I mention that I love The Fratellis, I don't think I did))
This was actually kind of hard, but it was fun being reminded of all the music I liked! For the fun of it I included links to all the songs I mentioned! And @lanejane , bit jelly you saw Billy Talent! Haha.
- A song you like with a colour in the title.
It was actually pretty hard to think of a song tittle with a colour (I'm terrible with song tittles), but after searching through my music folders my answer is 'Grey' by Alexisonfire. - A song that reminds you of childhood.
That would have to be 'The Ketchup Song' by Las Ketchup. I had no idea what they were saying but we use to do the dance at school, haha. - A good song for a car trip.
'Fancy' by Iggy Azalea, so fun to rap to together, haha. - If you were in a band, what instrument would you play and why?
Haha, oh gee, I'm not very musically inclined. I'd probably go for keyboard and just play Mary had a little lamb' or 'When the Saints go marching in' over and over again, haha. - Have you seen any bands or singers play in concert? Who? or if you havent, who would you like to see the most?
I haven't seen many live shows in comparsion to some of my friends, but the ones that stan out to me are The Amity Affliction (I've seen them a trillion times), Alexisonfire, City & Colour and Kyary Pamyu Pamyu (a Japanese pop singer).
I've also seen City and Colour and I've also seen a whole bunch of other bands like Bring Me The Horizon, I Killed The Prom Queen, Deez Nuts, Flood of Red, Parkway Drive, The Getaway Plan, Confession, Asking Alexandria and The Archeticts, but they were supporting bands and not the band I was actually at the show to see, haha. - What is your favourite line from a song?
"I won't die defeated" from 'I Hate Hartley' by The Amity Affliction. - Oldest song you still listen to?
'I Ran' by A Flock Of Seagulls, a few David Bowie songs and a few of the older Mental as Anything songs. - A song that reminds you of a sad event?
'Which to Bury, Us or the Hatchcet' by Relient K. - A song that reminds you of a nice event?

I would probably sing backup because i'm terrible at playing instruments. I guess I could play the triangle haha. - Have you seen any bands or singers play in concert? Who? or if you havent, who would you like to see the most?
Lots lots lots. Billy Talent and Marilyn Manson were probably the most memorable. Also Kylie Minogue and Bette Midler - I have a very varied taste in music lolIf I could pick someone to see now it would be Bowie or Ani DiFranco.
- What is your favourite line from a song?
"You've been acting awful tough lately, smoking a lot of cigarettes lately, but inside you're just a little baby. Oh. It's okay say to say you've got a weak spot, you don't always have to be on top. Better to be hated than love, love, loved for what you're not. You've vulnerable. You are not a robot" Robot by Marina & The Diamonds - Oldest song you still listen to?
