Smiling mind!

After talking to KHL last night I decided to check out a meditation website I was told about. Personally I found it really helpful, and was wondering if anyone else tried it? If you struggle to calm down at night it might help you! http://www.smilingmind.com.au

That looks like a really cool website Sofia, I hadn't heard of it before. I signed up and did one of the meditations this morning and found it really useful too. Am definitely adding it to my list of mindfulness/ meditation websites. Thanks for sharing! 🙂

If you like keep me updated to how things are doing! 🙂

And also, please share any other awesome meditation pages, I'm on a hunt to find them 😉

Don't forget to also check out this really great thread about mindfulness. Some good advice and shared experiences to pick through (and contribute to, if you like)!

Easily one of my favourite threads on ReachOut!

I thought I would bump up this thread because we got some feedback from smiling mind that people who go to smiling mind from reachout are really engaged with the site/app and seemed to get a lot out of it...

So I was wondering - do YOU use Smiling Mind? What do you think?

I started using smiling mind a couple of weeks ago when I first heard about it, but then I got lazy and stopped. I kind of felt like the stuff at the beginning was stuff I already knew/did/heard about elsewhere, but I might get back into it and try to finish all of it another time, when I feel like I'll remember to lol.
