things that help me:

-hot bath

- heat packs

-ice packs

- ice gell/ nurofen gel things

-gentle stretches

- resting

- pain relief (reccomended doses of course)

- depending on the location sometimes strapping it for extra support helps

i had to go privately @Nightruner23 as in not through medicare but it was only 60 a session depending on if i needed to buy like shoe inserts.

you could ask gp to refer you or ask if they think itll help or you can just contact them yourself an make an appt and enquire

Hey @Nightruner23 @scared01

For me I have pain in my foot, so for me I rest and elevate when I can.
Ice helps with swelling and pain after a long day if I've been on my feet a lot.
I've found Epsom salt soaks or baths help the pain too. I don't entirely know how it helps, but it does

Otherwise I use pain relief and distraction 🙂

@Nightruner23 OMG and shoes can be so expensive! I'm not quite that bad, I just need a good arch support and I'm ok (ish) I spent about $600 on customer orthotics that now hurt my feet! They are too rigid and stiff for me. But I have to have surgery within 3 months and I'm hoping that it eases some of this pain I'm in, the surgeon say it should, which would be great if it did! 🙂

@Nightruner23 I feel you I had to get mens shoes for work because none of the female ones in town would fit! And then they were $200! (I'm a size 11 female shoe, and bought 10.5 mens!) They are asics gel and have a good arch support in them, I transitioned from my orthotic t them because they hurt less
My sandals which I found and fit were about $150-170 or something each! And have a good arch support.
