I just wanted to check in to see how you went at the weekend?
I'm neurodivergent and definitely understand all the anxieties that come with food, it can get really overwhelming!
Something that helps me if I'm eating out is checking the menu online first so I can plan ahead, and if I'm going away with friends I like to take some of my own snacks with me so I have that as a back up incase I can't manage to eat the food they prepare. Hope that helps you a bit too!
