Hey @standinside, sorry to hear you've been having a few rough weeks. It was really cool to see how you were able to clear your head and come back with a positive frame of mind!
When we're too hard on ourselves it came make any situation seem that much worse. So giving ourselves a break and acknowledging the positives about ourselves, is really good advice! Thanks so much for sharing that!
Good thinking mate, there are positive stress (i know it sounds weird) but reasonable amount of stress drives up towards things. I certainly hope you can manage your stress well and do the best you can.
