Been here to read, but have never made a post yourself? ReachOut wanna hear from you on a new website design for this community!
We know it’s been a while since we’ve given this space a refresh, and we’re really keen to hear what you think of some prototype designs.
It’s super important that we hear from a bunch of different young people, including those who haven’t posted on here before. This is so we can make young people’s experience on ReachOut the best it can be.
Giving feedback will involve participating in a 45 minute online interview with 1-2 researchers.
We’ll ask you to do a few demo tasks and tell us what you thought! It’s super easy, completely
confidential and there’s no right or wrong answers. You’ll also get a $50 e-gift voucher as a thank you for your time.
If you’re aged 14-25 living in Australia and interested in taking part, please email forums@reachout.com to let us know ASAP.
Interviews will be running from next week (Monday 25th May 2020).
If you’d like to keep the interview anonymous, that’s absolutely fine too – just let us know your
preferred name and gender identity in your email.

Hey @musicfan_xo - this round of research is for people who've read the forums but have never commented, so unfortunately you won't be eligible for this round. We will make an announcement when we are doing research with people who have posted before like yourself
