Re: Turning Negatives Into Positives

Negative- I don't have university for the next 2 months which makes me feel kinda unproductive.

Positive- I can catch up on some sleep, watch netflix and cherish every moment of this time before my two brain cells get used up doing university assignments and meeting deadlines.

Re: Turning Negatives Into Positives

Hey @DIVYA! That's such a good way of turning your negative into a positive. I feel the same as you - time off uni can drive me a bit stir-crazy sometimes. But it's great that you know that you can enjoy the time off and use it to do some of the things you love!

Re: Turning Negatives Into Positives

Hey @annabethxchase, it's great that you took the time out to reflect on what the positives of your situation can be. How was your pineapple inflatable? Sending all the good vibes your way <3

Re: Turning Negatives Into Positives

Thanks @basketofmonkeys It's still holding up, I'm pretty proud of it

Re: Turning Negatives Into Positives

- I am pretty nervous to talk with KHL on the phone
+ I know I can do it, I just need to get rid of these nerves
+ This chat will hopefully help me out

- It's hot and I can't use my inflatable pineapple because there's a lot of chemicals in the pool
+ I've got my fan on full blast and a damp washer on my forehead

- I don't want to eat anything at all
+ I can have something small like some grapes and share them with my puppas
+ I'll spend some time with them and they really love the rotten, wrinkly grapes so it works well both ways Smiley Happy

- I've barely started my cleaning
+ I'll get to it tomorrow. Hopefully.

- Everything feels a lot worse because of my anxiety right now
+ I'm doing some grounding (sensual) techniques and in a bit I'll slow my breathing with to 4, 7, 8 technique and hopefully I'll feel better.

- I'm sunburnt from the beach yesterday
+ Hopefully it doesn't end up resulting in skin cancer?
+ It won't, it's not that bad Smiley Happy
