So today I went to the doctor and she told me she had spoke with my psychologist. She told me she had developed a sense I may have a difficulty 'processing things' and that's why I'm feeling anxious and loosing weight. She gave me a fancy name for it but I can't remember what it is. basically if that's what I have then my brain just processes things differently than most people, and if this is the case than whether I avoid or partake in activities that stress me out, it won't get worse or better. Does anyone know what this actually is, I have no idea what she's talking about, and I want to learn more about it so I can explain if I relate to it or not.
