I'm really sorry your pain was so bad yesterday and bringing up lots of horrible feelings, good on you for making this thread when things were feeling so bad. You can absolutely always talk here and you don't have to pretend nothing is wrong.
I don't experience chronic pain so I can't offer any tips or experiences, is there anything that you do to cope @Lost_Space_Explorer5 ? Or anything coping mechanisms you are interested to try?
