Hey @Sophia-RO I'm not having as intense thoughts as yesterday. I can't remember how I managed them. And yeah it does take time! Although I feel some of my messages on this thread are going unread because they're not the most recent 😞Did anyone see my posts about uni? 😞
Also I just remembered that the default for the forums is 'newest to oldest' and that would be really hard to read- I find it easier if it's oldest to newest for threads
