Some coping strategies
Ooh I just had a thought- another thing that can help with managing pain is breathing and also mindfulness (e.g. looking at all senses in a non-judgemental way, even pain- though this can be super hard)
I've heard imagery can be helpful for some people- like imagining being injected with a numbing agent. Also trying to focus on a part of your body that doesn't hurt (this can be quite hard and takes practice!) Or you could try to imagine your pain being out of your body and holding it your hands or having it sit in front of you and just observing it mindfully.
Here's a website with other more cognitive pain control techniques (although this website says it's for back pain, these techniques can be used for other pain too!)
