Hey @AngelJoy and thank you for posting ❤️. It sounds like you have developed a close attachment to this person in Arizona and that you have a lot of love and care for him. Its very painful being so far away from someone you love, especially now when getting on a plane is not an option. You deserve someone who is going to love you, commit to you and put you first! Having social support and connections to other people is a natural human need so I can really understand why this has been painful for you. It doesn't sound like this boy in Arizona is seeing your worth. Your online friends are certainly right about someone else coming along and cherishing you, you deserve nothing less. They sound like good friends. There are other places you might be able to meet people aside from school. Sometimes school isn't even the best place to meet people and make friends and connections. Do you belong to any groups such as sport/ art/ work or any hobbies that you have that you could do socially? I find thats a much nicer way to meet people with similar interests to you. Volunteering can be also a great way to meet really lovely kind people.
