I'm glad you posted here today, and I'm so sorry things are so tough today
I think I may have shared this before, do you think trying to breathe with this might help?
It's an awful feeling when you're not able to calm yourself down, you're doing really well coming here for distractions. I also really like the 5 things grounding exercise, if you have the headspace for that
@MB95 I did also just want to say that it's important to get chest pain checked out, especially if it's hard to breathe and it's waking you up. Our bodies are complicated and wonderful things and there's lots of reasons you could be experiencing these symptoms.
Do you feel like you could speak to a doctor, or call healthdirect? I have called them many times, they are really wonderful- 1800 022 222.
