I just tried the breathing thing @Janine-RO and it hurts a bit atm so I might try come back to it later when my chest pain isn't as bad. And the grounding thing is good sometimes but it's also a lot to think about and sometimes just overwhelms me even more when I can't think but thankyou. I will try remember they are there to come back to when I need them.
Thanks for those suggestions @Eden1717. I ended up staying off here cause it wasn't safe for me to be around but I appreciate the tips! Is there something in particular you like to cook as a distraction? I might have to watch some funny videos to see if I can lift my mood somehow cause I'm not feeling life tonight. Also, what's your favourite kind of art to do? Like do you prefer drawing, or painting etc? I have one of those colouring book things to help with stress, maybe I'll try that again at some stage to see if it works. Idk. I can't draw a stick figure to save my life as you know already 😂
