Hey @MB95, unfortunately I don't watch friends so I will just scoot past that part of the conversation 🤣
I can hear that there are a few things that you are scared about. I know that you are used to dealing with things on your own, but I know that it must get incredibly hard and lonely at times. Do you think you could open up to your GP about the things that are scaring you? It is human nature to want to avoid those topics as much as possible but if you bring them up, the other person can help you work through your concerns. It can also help improve your relationship with them and can lighten the load off your chest. You also said that seeing them might drown you - is there a chance (even a small one) that it might be helpful to see or chat to them?
I know I can speak for all of the staff here when I say that we are all glad that you are still alive and we don't see supporting you as a waste of time ❤️ You said that you are feeling all over the place and I know that you have had some difficulties sleeping. What are you up to tonight?
