Aw okay. I'm sorry, I haven't been on R/O in a while so I'm a little out of the loop with everything. Sorry if I brought up some bad feelings for you by asking that question. It sucks that seeing a psych made things worse for you. Sometimes we get worse before we get better, but I'm not sure if that fits what happened in your case. Given that you aren't recieving professional support, I might email you some self-help options. It must be quite hard dealing with all of these intense feelings on your own.
