It's great that you are feeling so great today. It sounds like your run did wonders for you and it helped you to bypass any feeling of anxiety that you had. It's so great that you love to run. What do you think helped you get over your anxiety today? It seems like the difference between walking and running is huge for you. At least judging by your story today, it sounds like you might have more fear while walking and more confidence while running. 

 

Being on your own can cause less hurt at times and can portray a sense strength, I can definitely relate to that. How long are normally able to be alone for before you get lonely? You said that people really don't care, we care about you and we care a lot. You say that you know what needs to be done, so what is the plan going forward for you?
