Hey @Lost_Space_Explorer5, it is a bit of a grey area honestly. I have decided to edit it from your post and Sophia's just so that we are consistent with applying the guidelines. My apologies for it being super confusing ❤️ If we refer to the behaviours that are associated with those disorders, I think that is a good way of talking about it. 

 

I am sorry that you have to go through that though. When you are feeling stressed do you allow yourself to sit with that emotion and honour it? It sounds a bit 'woo woo', but it can really help to acknowledge what is going on before we begin to switch to auto-pilot and engage in less helpful strategies before even realising. I may have doubled up a bit here but as Sophia suggested, recording might help you identify when you need to be extra conscious to avoid the unwanted behaviour.
