I love that emotion wheel! I printed out a similar one to use in my diary and for a mood tracker spreadsheet I made.
For my mood tracker, I put a number out of 10 and then emotions from a wheel next to it. But you could also write the emotion and the intensity of the emotion.
I've also seen an emotion grid with 'pleasant-unpleasant' on one axis and 'calm-energised' on the other axis, with emotions in each part like coordinates.
