Yeah used to be, like if I forced myself to concentrate on it now I'd probs be okay but please don't make me! 

 

Aww, I'm sorry you're in pain. Is there much that helps to relieve it at all? 

 

Okay, we don't have to talk about the thoughts if you don't want to but I am here and willing to listen if you need to get it off your chest. Don't forget that okay? I'm really sorry you're in such a dark place. I haven't got a whole lot of words I'm sorry, I think I'm quite detached from emotion myself atm so I'm really sorry I haven't got a whole lot. But I'm quietly VERY glad that we are guilting you into sticking around. VERY glad actually. I totally get how frustrating it can be and can sometimes make it worse? But honestly, I don't know what I'd do without you so I'm going to be super selfish and say I'm relieved to hear we are keeping you here.
