Honestly, this old sloth burnt out long long ago and I'm not so sure there's much reviving her 😂 So you certainly don't have to worry about that! I was also about to make a joke about where my plane is heading but it might be a little dark and well, I also don't wanna land us in trouble so I'll save it. But it's all good. I just want you to be safe. And I'm trusting you that you will be tonight and hoping that tomorrow you are able to have a good and open conversation with your psych about what's going on. Not that I was ever really open with mine but yeah. Learn from mumma sloths mistakes and don't be afraid to let her know what's really going on. If you cry, you cry. It might help to let some of it out? Idk. Pretty hypocritical of me to say I know and I'm sorry. But I do think you should try and be honest with her. Especially if you haven't been feeling safe, I think it's important she knows.
I'm glad you're feeling happy and pleasant, although the reasons are concerning me because if I'm on the right page well idk. Just PLEASE promise me you will at least try and let your psych know what's going on? And if you don't know how to bring it up then just say 'listen here lady, my sloth mum thinks I need to talk to you about some serious shit but truly I'm fine' then she'll see right through you like I have and start throwing the questions at you so you can leave all the crappy work to her! Or what about maybe just writing it down?
Idk. I just think you should try telling her if you can, and if you can't then maybe send an email to the RO team? Although I have no doubts they will be checking in with you tomorrow anyway but yeah. I just want you to get the support you deserve and I wish I could give you. 🙃
I'm glad you've been feeling a bit distracted from things tonight. And I also get not wanting to get in trouble. But I think we've been pretty good with keeping it tamed so I'm sure it's all good. Sometimes you just need a chat with someone familiar and not some random on a helpline and I feel like maybe that's what you've needed tonight and there is nothing wrong with that! Sure, we seem to always pick the silly hours of the night, but it seems to be when it's needed most half the time and I'm sure they understand that. How are you feeling at the moment? Do you think maybe trying to get some rest is a good idea? So you are feeling a little refreshed for your appointment tomorrow?
