I am so sorry to hear hat things have been so rough, you are just trying to cope and relying on your family to look after you is probably he best possible thing you could be doing right now. It is okay to have periods of time like this so please try not to feel bad about yourself 💜. We are all here to talk and support you if you need but it is totally okay if you need some time on your own. It all depends on what is right for you. 💛
