Today I spent time at one of my favourite places on Wadawurrung country, taking in all the colours as I drove by and had lunch in the spot. This is what Heal Country means to me. It means savouring the waters and land, and every custom, language and story that comes with it. It is my favourite spot because of the red rocks combined with the ocean and all of the colours that make up those two. 
I spent time with my bare feet in the sand.
