I think thats really understandable that you wanted to spend some quality time with them and got frustrated that they were on their phones a lot of the time. I think sometimes some people don't realise just how it can effect the other person and may not even be aware that it is a negative thing. Do you think you would want to let them know that you would prefer people to not be on their phones when you are having family time? You never know.. maybe they would be happy to do that and think a bit more deeply about it? Just an idea 💛😊 Also, just wanted to say that you can love and appreciate your family but also feel disappointed in certain things. People and relationships are dynamic and complex !
