OCD thoughts suck and they can feel really loud so blocking your ears does make sense. for me the only thing that has helped with the ocd stuff is that whole radical acceptance thing and just being like "yes x may happen but so what if it does i cant control everything" but that is just me and doing that can be really scary at times so it is hard. did you manage to find anything else that was helping?
