Hey @Lost_Space_Explorer5 , I'm really sorry to hear that you're struggling with your OCD right now. I have OCD too and I know how much of a terrorist it can be 24/7. I can relate to the family part too - my OCD used to centre on my sister and I spent so much time trying to avoid her because it was so triggering.
A few years back I was in a similar spot to you @Eden1717 where my obsessions and compulsions were consuming SOOOOO much of my day that I couldn't even leave my bed without melting down. I did the whole 'radical acceptance' thing too and started exposing myself to the stuff that scared me the most, and now OCD probably takes up around 1% of my day instead of 99%. With that being said, exposure therapy is incredibly difficult and can make things a lot worse before they get better, so I would recommend getting a professional on board if you want to give it a try! Have you spoken to your psychologist about your OCD thoughts and how they're making you feel @Lost_Space_Explorer5 ?
