Hey @Lost_Space_Explorer5, I am sorry that you are feeling so bad about yourself atm. I know I can't take those thoughts about yourself away but I don't think there is anyone in the world that hasn't hurt people when they have been angry. We all slip up and say things we don't mean which can be particularly nasty. How you manage it now is what counts the absolute most. The fact that you are conscious of it and care about the impact that it has on others, shows that you aren't a bad person. Anger is often the emotion that everyone sees but there can be other emotions hiding behind that too. When I was younger, I used to always feel 'bad' for a multitude of reasons (any reason at all actually lmao) but I was able to work on it with a psych and it really helped ❤️ It might be worth raising it again with your psych when you feel ready. I know it can be a pretty scary and confronting topic.
