Hi there @charlotte_ashley 🙋 first of all I want to say how sorry I am to hear you lost your grandad under such awful circumstances. I can just imagine how painful it is for you and your family, missing someone so much is really hard.
You mentioned seeing your grandads spirit over the past five weeks but that recently stopped which makes you want to go up and be with him. I know this is a big question to ask you but have you been having any thoughts about hurting yourself?
I'm glad that you came here to chat about this, grief is really hard but getting support makes it easier to live with. It sounds like you and your grandpa had a special relationship and one that you will cherish forever.
